What we do
We act as an agent, arranging flights and travel services supplied by airlines and other providers. The contract for carriage is between you and the airline, on that airline's own conditions.
Our service fee
Shown to you as a separate line before you pay, never folded into the fare. It is refunded in full if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
Fares and changes
Fares are only held once ticketed. Airline fare rules govern changes and cancellations of the ticket itself, and we show you those rules in writing before you pay. We don't charge a second service fee to process a change we can handle ourselves.
Best-rate guarantee
Find the identical itinerary — same carrier, routing, and fare conditions — cheaper within 24 hours of booking, and we refund the difference plus our service fee. [TODO: confirm the exact evidence you'll require and cap, if any.]
Concierge services

Documents and eligibility
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents and any required visas. We'll flag what we can see, but the final check is yours.
