Privacy policy
Not yet reviewed. This is a scaffold so the footer link isn't dead. Replace it with a policy checked by someone qualified before you take a real booking — a travel agency handles passport data and card payments, and a copied-in template is the wrong thing to have on file if a client ever asks.
What we collect
Name, email, phone number, travel dates and routes, and — where a booking proceeds — the passenger details the airline requires (full name as shown on passport, date of birth, document number). Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store a full card number.
Why we collect it
To quote and issue your ticket, to arrange concierge services with our local partner in your destination city, and to contact you about your trip. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Airlines and our ticketing host agency, our payment processor, and — only if you've booked a pickup or local assistance — the specific local partner in that city, who receives your name, flight number and arrival time.
How long we keep it
[TODO: state a real retention period, and match it to what your host agency and local tax rules require.]
Your rights
Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold. [TODO: name the regimes that actually apply to you — GDPR, NDPR, POPIA — rather than listing all of them.]
